At Primus Projects, we offer construction services for residential designs bought and/or modified by us.  Our construction services include (but are not limited to…) New Builds, Refurbishments, and Remodelling.

Primus Projects offers our customers the following construction services:

Project Management services: Where we organize and co-ordinate all the tradesmen on site (mason, carpenters, iron benders, electrician, plumbers etc).  We also assist the client in the purchase and delivery of building materials for use on the project.

Direct On-Site Supervision Services: Where we are only responsible for the labour on-site and how such labour uses the construction materials in the execution of the project.  With these services, the Client is responsible for the purchase of selected building materials as well as their delivery to the site as when needed.
